2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the kg992 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. kg992 does not permit minors to register, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of kg992 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You are not residing in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You are not subject to any current self-exclusion agreement with kg992 or any other platform with which kg992 shares exclusion records.

2.1 Age Verification Process

kg992 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling extremely seriously. All new accounts are subject to age verification screening. Before a player's first withdrawal is processed, kg992 requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document — either a Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or a valid passport — confirming that the account holder is 18 years of age or older.

Where kg992 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is held by or on behalf of a minor, the account will be suspended immediately, all funds will be held pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the period of suspected underage use may be forfeited. kg992 reserves the right to report suspected underage gambling to appropriate authorities.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active kg992 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed upon detection, and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at kg992's discretion.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the kg992 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). kg992 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other areas of Bangladesh may use any of the following payment methods to fund and withdraw from their kg992 account:

• bKash — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within standard timeframes
• Nagad — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within standard timeframes
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — supported for both deposits and withdrawals
• Upay — supported for deposits and withdrawals

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and may be updated by kg992 from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the player account dashboard at the time of initiating a transaction. kg992 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to successful identity verification and any applicable security review. kg992 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment service providers, mobile banking network issues, or bank processing schedules.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a specific exception has been approved by the kg992 compliance team following a written request. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of player funds.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

kg992 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Accounts suspected of facilitating money laundering will be suspended immediately and the matter referred to appropriate authorities. Deposited funds identified as proceeds of unlawful activity will be forfeited.

4.4 Failed Transactions

In the event that a deposit transaction fails to credit to your kg992 account despite funds leaving your mobile banking wallet, you must contact kg992 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and the date and time of the transaction. kg992 will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, credit your account within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kg992 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion at the time it is made available. Players are responsible for reading and understanding bonus-specific terms before claiming any offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a kg992 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets for bonus play-through will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must wager a total of ৳20,000 on eligible products before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real-money funds.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by kg992 carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered through within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. kg992 does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kg992 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Behaviour considered to constitute bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (such as betting on both sides of the same market) to satisfy wagering requirements; and colluding with other players to collectively exploit a promotional offer.

6.4 Promotional Changes

kg992 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, including during an active promotional period, where circumstances make this necessary. Where a promotion is withdrawn during an active period, players who have already legitimately claimed and partially wagered through the offer will be afforded reasonable time to complete their wagering, at kg992's discretion.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

kg992 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe; suspicious account activity; or a request from a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authority.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their kg992 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to their completion. Remaining account balances will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification, within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to request self-exclusion. A self-exclusion prevents the player from accessing their kg992 account for a minimum period of six months, up to a permanent lifetime exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon verification of identity and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. All remaining balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following self-exclusion, subject to standard verification procedures.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. kg992 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which is published in the player account dashboard. Players with dormant accounts who wish to reactivate their account may do so by logging in and completing any re-verification procedures required at that time.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a kg992 account for any reason, these Terms & Conditions shall continue to apply to any outstanding obligations between the player and kg992, including any pending disputes, withdrawal requests under investigation, or compliance review processes. Account closure does not extinguish any right of kg992 to pursue recovery of funds owed by the player in relation to fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
